You know how everyone says that 8 hours is the amount of sleep you need every night?  of the article, this is the first study with enough data to differentiate the effects of 7 vs.on everyday, very rarely do I need to sleep any longer than 5-6 hours and if I do its probablyI definitely need 8 to feel even remotely normal.
